Cemeteries

of Seward County, Nebraska

Note: If you have any photos, tombstone transcriptions, corrections, or stories about these cemeteries or the people who rest in them, please consider adding them to this website. --Alice

This winter and spring 2005 we are busily posting entrance photos and information for (hopefully) each of Seward County's 51 or so cemeteries, plus as many grave photographs and tombstone transcriptions as possible, linked off the cemetery names indexed below.
So far, we have started homepages for 45 Seward County cemeteries, and posted over 2,000 grave photos! We still need entrance/overview photos for these cemeteries:
A Lone Grave (in Section 33, "N" Precinct, 3 miles east and 5 miles south of Beaver Crossing)-- update: coming soon!
  Dry Creek
  East Fairview
Locust Street (at E. Moffitt & Locust Street in Seward)-- update: built over, no longer viewable
  Prairie Grove
  Valley View
